• DSCI-D 590 Biomedical Data Science in Practice, Indiana University (online, Summer 2025)

  • A new course applying AI and biostatistical methods using NIH All of Us data; co-designed and co-taught with Drs. Haixu Tang and Jing Su.

• ILS-Z 604 Music Data Mining, Indiana University (in person, Fall 2022)

  • Led lab sessions on machine and deep learning for audio and text analysis.

Workshops

• "Practical Large Language Models: Foundations and Applications," Midwest Biopharmaceutical Statistics Workshop (May 27, 2026, Carmel, Indiana)
  • A half-day short course on large language models for biomedical data analysis; co-designed and co-taught with Drs. Jiang Bian, Xing He, and Yuhang Jiang.
